Quality Work with Lower Cost - Nearshoring!

What are the disadvantages of Offshore work?

1. Low quality resources
2. Lack of Communications Skills
3. Working in different time zones

We eliminated all of these issues by offering Nearshoring resources (ABAP developers and Functional Consultants) located in Mexico. We address each of the above issues:

1. Low quality resources
An interesting fact to consider, is that SAP originated in Europe (in 1972). After the European market was saturated it expanded to the North American (USA, Mexico, Canada) market (around 1996). After saturation of those markets it entered the  Asian market.

As a result, the most experienced SAP resources are from Europe (more than 12 years experience), then North America (more than 10 years experience) and lastly Asia-India (less than 5 years experience).

Our Consultants in Mexico have more than 10 years of experience compared to their Indian counterparts who have zero to 4 years.

Most of our consultants have been educated at US colleges or at the prestigious "El Tec de Monterrey" (ITSEM) (considered the MIT of Mexico), a university boasting official partnership with Harvard University.

2. Lack of Communications Skills
For our consultants we should be talking about lack of "lack-of-communication" skills. As mentioned above, our resources have studied in English speaking based environments, most have worked in the United States, which makes their English language skills and manners far superior and professional to their Indian counterparts.

In addition, many US corporations have offices and manufacturing plants in Mexico. Our resources, speak Spanish.

3. Working in different time zones
Our resources are located at our offices in Monterrey, Guadalajara and Mexico City. All these three cities are on Central US time zone and  have direct  flights to most US cities if needed.

The work can be completed remotelly in Mexico or on-site in the USA,
  • at high quality standards,
  • at a fraction of the cost of a US based consultant,
  • with comparable US based quality and
  • certainly far superior quality to Indian offshore resources,
  • yet at comparable Indian offshore cost.

Nearshoring is the answer!
